Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms cover crowdheard.com and the Crowdheard private beta, operated by Zia ur Rehman (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

The beta

The beta is free and invite-only. It's an early version: features change, limits apply, and it may be interrupted or ended. It's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Don't use Crowdheard to harass anyone, to send spam, to break a platform's rules, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content from other sites

Reports show short excerpts of public posts with links to the original. That content belongs to its authors and platforms; use it to understand your audience, not to republish it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability during the free beta is limited to zero.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell beta users by email about significant changes. You can stop using Crowdheard and ask us to delete your data at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
